The Raiffeisen Austrian Open Eisenstadt 2023 has successfully passed the stage. The sold-out athletics arena and the very good conditions pushed the athletes to top performances.
We celebrated a European U20 Record in from the young Hungarian javelin thrower György HERCZEG (84,98m).
Many international athletes were taken by the home crowed and performed World Class Track and Field such Kennedy BLACKMON who won the 200m in 23,25'' and Petra BÁNHIDI-FARKAS who won the Long jump in a world class field . The German Rebekka HAASE and Boglárka TAKÁCS sprintet to a spectacular 100m final which won TAKÁCS two thousandths in front of HAASE.
The Austrian athletes also performed on high niveau and ensured home victory such as Susanne Gogl-Walli who won the 400m, Sprinter Markus Fuchs who came second the 100m event and Victoria Hudson came third in javelin throw.
We as organizers are very happy about the phenomenal national and
international performances and are excited to see you soon for the next Raiffeisen Austrian Open Eisenstadt 2024 on the 22th of Mai.
We develop differential performance diagnostics and the resulting therapy in the form of training recommendations with differential methods in order to come close to the claim of individual optimization.
While conventional performance diagnostics is mainly based on absolute numbers like speed, pulse, lactate values or moved masses and angles in weight training, we use the differences of these and other measured variables like urea, creatine kinase, blood glucose or ammonia. From the changes from after to before we conclude the effect of several or many trainings in interaction with regeneration. We reduce the training effort to a minimum with a corresponding increase in performance or optimize the increase in performance. Ultimately, the goal of differential performance diagnostics therapy is to maximize the performance and energy of the trainee ("as many watts and as much kWh as possible").
The aerodynamic analysis of the discus and the creation of the calculation tool were intended to support the competition preparation of a discus thrower with regard to the throwing technique.
To achieve this, a standardized discus was measured in the wind tunnel of the HTL Eisenstadt and its aerodynamic coefficients were determined. Based on these values, a calculation tool was developed to estimate the range of the throw, taking into account the launch angle, wind conditions and aerodynamic effects.
The aerodynamic investigation of a standardized discus in the field of athletics has not been done in depth before, therefore this work is a new development in the field of sports in cooperation with science.
We increase the efficiency competitive performance of the trainees at a given level of performance. If two athletes have the same strength, the same power of endurance and the same capacity of endurance, they will still perform differently. Our work has the goal of always achieving the best competitive performance at the same level of performance. This efficiency optimization goes along with the efficiency increase of the movement or the movement sequences - therefore a lot of biomechanics is also involved ("at the same amount of watts or at the same Vo2.Max nevertheless crosses first the finish line").
